Not only did they make a mistake and steal money from my account at another bank; without my consent or authorization after I had stopped doing business with them and closed my account. I was able to save over 5 points on a loan by going elsewhere. Danielle was disrespectful, unprofessional and never offered any assistance. Zero Stars
