I have been a customer with AlaTrust for over 20yrs. The faces have changed, but the the customer service is always superb. The team at the Talladega branch are personal, professional, and prompt. Ms. Vessie and the team there are amazing!

The staff at AlaTrust in Talladega are always welcoming, patient, and very helpful. If you miss the feeling of a small town bank or credit union, where the staff know your name and youre not just an account number, please go visit...they're great!!!
In my opinion AlaTrust Credit Union is the top financial institution in Talladega, AL. The employees are professional, friendly and helpful. Brandon, Shaqueta, Peyton and Savannah treat customers with courtesy and respect, and they care about their customers. They work as one of the most cohesive teams I have seen in a long time. They are the epitome of true “Customer Service”.
