Shaqueta at AlaTrust Talladega is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help me with all of my banking needs and made the entire process so easy and stress-free. She was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind from start to finish. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. AlaTrust is lucky to have her; and if you ask me, she definitely deserves a raise! If you visit AlaTrust, ask for Shaqueta. You won't be disappointed!
