ALASKA WASTE - KETCHIKAN

Alaska Waste might have the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. I can never get ahold of anyone over phone or email (the phone number on side of their trucks is literally useless). I pay my bill every month, but my can has been skipped many times with zero explanation. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the guys on the trucks are really nice.

Kaylee was an amazing customer service rep! Incredibly helpful and insightful, took such initiative to solve every problem and answer every question I had.

I came home to find my trash was still in my can because the cans weren’t pulled out far enough. No one’s trash had been picked up. It is a week before Christmas, and service is delayed nex... read more
