Had a great car loan rate initially. Paid off auto loan, several months later they start charging 5$ handling fee for small amount of savings. Discover all branches in our area abruptly closed - no way to visit to find out what's going on without an hour drive. Do yourself a favor and stick with a decent, reputable LOCAL credit union. So, so glad we didn't move any other accounts to this shady outfit!

New bill pay system is an epic failure. Will be closing my accounts.

I have been banking with them for 8 plus months and Every Time I deposit a check in my account they put a hold on my checks, they said after month it would stop. Never have I experienced such headaches with a bank. I go to open up a business account and was met with heartache and another back was happy to assist us.
