Used the ATM and you have to answer questions about saving preferences. I don't bank with them, but I needed cash and that was the only bank. Fee for using their machine is $3.99!
If I could give less than 1 star I would worst bank I’ve ever dealt with got a loan through them and has been nothing but a pain and everything is a process. Provided proof of insurance for vehicle was still charged insurance through global USA even though I provided proof with my declaration form and they refuse to credit my account. Also spoke with an associate and was told on a recorded line to pay only the normal payment amount and to not pay the insurance that they would take care of it which I then received a late fee ... read more
