Do not get an Auto Start Installed here. They were rude, unprofessional and did not disclose any information in regards to how the Auto Start functions. For example, we wanted a simple one-way Auto Start... they didn't tell us it would wipe out my factory functions. They also said to refer to the manual booklet in regards to how to Valet the system instead of showing us how to do it. Its a dirty place on the inside. No waiting area and the bathroom was disgusting. Also, they said my vehicle would be ready for pick up at 7pm.... read more
