Vera has gone above & above for us multiple times, and has been a huge help to us through the years, and Chelsea too.
They never seem to be able to help or always say it's a conflict of interest. Pointless to have these services available for low income if you can't utilize them.
I have had a wonderful experience with this corporation and specifically with Chelsea. They are helpful and responsive and extremely supportive.

They were very picky about their help. Very very unprofessional, if they answered the phone at all. They were however very quik in there denial of services letter tho.
