I have recently had the opportunity to work with Lilly here in Kenai, Alaska as my hearing aid specialist. I have been so impressed with her willingness to listen and help me to achieve my best hearing possible. She has guidance through several audiologists at any point during our sessions and I am also able to speak with them and get guidance when needed. I think personally you’re really lucky to have Lily. She’s very thorough very helpful. She’s even went out of her way to get paperwork signed for me for new hearing aids. She will actually call you back. Very helpful and understanding for a baby boomer like myself
