I saw Lilly Christensen today in Kenai Alaska. My older Starkey hearing aids were declining in their effectiveness. She cleaned them thoroughly which greatly enhanced their performance. She briefed me on the improvements Starkey has been making since I purchased my current pair in 2018. Now she has me thinking about a new pair of Starkey Omega 24 AI.
