Slow Slow Slow and just slow. It takes them 40 mins
There was a 45 minute delay in receiving our checked bags. According to Alaska Airlines’ baggage guarantee, bags should arrive within 20 minutes, and passengers are eligible for either a $25 credit or 2500 miles when this does not happen. We went to the baggage service counter to request the miles. The agent we spoke with was rude and dismissive, making it feel as though she was giving us money out of her own pocket.
