My friend purchased this pre-sale and was informed to expect closing in Summer 2023. He has been checking each month and finally received a notice in April 2023 to close in 10 days. Unfortunately, he happens to be out of town, and his mortgage lender also needs more than 10 days to finalize the funds. The buyer is now being charged a penalty of $500 per day after April 29. This seems very unreasonable.
