Patty guided us through the cruise registration and details seamlessly. She also coordinated our transfers and activities the day before and after. Most impressively, when we were on the ground, and had some question's, she was available and quickly responded to our questions.

We had never done a cruise and never been to Alaska. Patty was so helpful from start to finish helping me choose a cruise line, excursions, hotels and making sure I had transportation. Our trip included a trip on the Alaska Railroad, flightseeing from charming Talkeetna over Denali National Park, visiting Kenai Fjords National Park for marine life and glaciers from Seward, a visit to an Iditarod kennel and that's just the six days on land. Our Silversea cruise went without a hitch.
