Gate and ramp agents were terrific. They took time to listen, RE our part shipment & provided professional handling by everyone.
I checked in on time for a 10/15/2025 flight at 530am, they still involuntarily bumped me and 3 other ticketed passengers off the flight right at the boarding gate past TSA. They offered some compensation and rebooking which was nice. For whatever reason they didn’t check me into my new flight when they rebooked me (currently 23hrs beforehand). Got moved up to first class to 1-D and so far everything is great.Super friendly
Passenger arrived 30 minutes before outgoing flight, not knowing the kiosks close 40 minutes before. Staff denied the request to help get boarding pass or get the kiosk back on. Customer service means helping someone one time and letting them know for next time the rules. Not closing the door is someone’s face for an honest mistake. Discernment is what should’ve been used.
