Love Alaska Airlines. I have consistently had good experiences whenever I fly with them. I've never experienced any huge delays and unlike many other airlines they don't bombard you with hidden fees. The service on-board is always friendly, efficient, and professional. I think they've switched to serving pretzels but the free Biscoff cookies have been the highlight of my flight for many years.
We flew first class with Alaska Air for a small upgrade amount for 2 people. What a wonderful experience that was from Seattle to Billings. One thing I would suggest to AA is to clean the spot where you open the tray for your lap. It was really dirty but other than that it was a pleasant experience and the Flight Attendant was great!
