No service on the flight and terrible attendants.
I have had SO MANY bad experiences with Alaska Airlines, flying in and out of Spokane , including THE worst travel experience of my life 2 years ago. They are constantly delayed. And here we are again. A 2 hour delay. And I purposefully booked a 2 hour layover in Seattle to ensure we made our connection. And there is ZERO communication about the delay, why the delay, connecting flights, etc. etc. What a Mickey Mouse operation.
I thought I was done with Southwest Airlines. I guess I’m going back. If you want to pick your own seat, you have to pay for upgraded seats. At least with Southwest Airlines new seating plan, you can still choose your seat in economy! In an era, when only the rich can afford to fly anymore, driving is becoming far more appealing. Alaska Airlines-Out of touch with reality or maybe they just don’t care! Probably the latter.
