Wow. Second time to use Alaska in 3 months. Swore I wouldn’t fly them again after last experience (see my review for Orange County). Now I won’t. Simple one way flight from Orange County to Santa Rosa. 2 of our three bags didn’t make it. Insane that an airline can be this awful.
My buddy’s been “waiting for a gate” on the tarmac for over 30 minutes now. Snoopy would not be impressed with Alaska’s Skywest. And that’s on top of being delayed over an 90 minutes for arrival. Delayed 2 hours in total. Way to go Alaska.
Excellent staff! The best in the business! They are so professional and helpful. They should have 7 stars instead of 5. I hope the boss gets them donuts to recognize their efforts. Rhonda and Steven deserve a special shutout for awesomeness and gratitude.
