Simply put, Alaska Airlines is the absolute best!! I only fly Alaska unless I need to fly somewhere outside of their routes. Their website is user friendly. The app is easy to use. The customer service on the phone is super. The agents that check me in at all airports are fabulously friendly. I fly in and out of Portland and Santa Barbara often and appreciate how welcoming all Alaska employees are. Today I am flying out of Santa Barbara and Lynn assisted me.
