Flight got delayed by Alaska air. There is no food vouchers and nothing. Completely lost our hotel booking and the upgrades due to the delays
What a nightmare of an experience. The Alaska employee refused and ignored multiple attempts to resolve an issue and get us on our flight. She completely ignored us and any questions that we were asking her. Completely unprofessional and horrific experience. Is this what Alaska airlines is all about!m? Never have even had an experience like this on frontier or breeze. Wild that this even happened. Now we are stuck at the airport without any type of solution. Yadhira provided the worst customer experience of my entire life.
Unprofessional !! juggling my two little boys and I from line to line . Asking us to change our flight and still juggling us . Ended up missing the flight and now they are saying it’s my fault ! Horrible experience will never fly Alaska Airlines !! Nor should you
