Horrible rude staff I had to cancel my flight a week before departure do to my mother passing away and they refuse to return my money or give me a flight credit rude dude Jose at this location would not help me at all and lied about not being able to refund through chat and would not transfer me to a manager to help me resolve this issue I had to make a claim with my bank and try to get the money back that way.
Lois was our sales person. She was very helpful and patient. Answered our many questions. Very personable and friendly. A credit to the organization.
