Sky harbor is a zoo
My trip flight was AS 3222 today from Phoenix to San Diego I was subjected to extortion at the boarding gate, where I was forced to purchase a ticket at double the price simply because I had previously bought an advance ticket at a lower rate. I was told that if I refused, I would be prevented from boarding my flight to San Diego. This constitutes extortion. Regrettably, this used to be my favorite airline, but I must now stop flying with them.
I've had an Alaska mileage card since 1995. They were always an excellent airline. However, my last two flights on Alaska in first class made me wish I was back in economy. I do not like to read long reviews, so I will leave it at that.
