Very fun, girls first flights had so much fun. Great flight ✈️
Worst experience with an airlines EVER. Our flight was meant to depart at 2am and did not due to mechanical issues which was minimally communicated to us. We finally flew out at 6am and we were told our connecting flights would be booked for us. When we landed, THEY WERE NOT. So we had to find an agent and figure it out ourselves after waiting an hour. Flew round trip Omaha to Seattle to Hawaii, requested wheelchair assistance for my spouse from check in to gate. All the staff were kind, friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. Highly recommend this airline. Thanks for making this trip a pleasure!
Employee just hangs up on you when you call. Then shuts the phone off. There is nobody here to check bags. About 25 people lined up waiting for 30 minutes.
