Flying today, new person at counter, printer wasn't working properly...Mgr didn't handle situation well...condescending to new person up front saying loudly w a tone, "No that isn't the problem. It's..." blah, blah, blah. "Now go back & do it again." @ counter & short & snippy w passengers checking in baggage after printing boarding pass and checking in already. 🙄 The other agent ... gender transitioning (best way to describe- no offense meant) was polite, friendly and helpful. 🥰
I haven't flown with this airline, however, I did go to pickup my son today and the gentleman who helped me at the counter was so understanding of my stutter. I appreciate that so much and he made the experience easy. I do not know his name but he was very nice and I'm thankful.
