Rude and non educated staff.
They let me check if I am not a robot for 30 times with these image checks and still they don't let me contact customer service. It seems they don't want to help customers.
Staff very humble nd assist you for everything
You are stuck in your terminal. You can't access any lounge to pass your time, even with alaska lounge plus, because there are no partner lounges in terminal b. There's not even anyone to ask questions. I'm never taking alaska airlines through newark again.
