All of the airlines fail passengers in one way or another. BUT, Alaska airlines couldn't care less in & does nothing to create a halfway decent experience. Hard to believe that a coast to coast flight gives you nothing but a small unhealthy package of chips of some sort and a half can of soda or water in the cheapest of paper cups AND I had premium seats. aisles are so tight, you pray you don't have to use the restroom too often.

Extremely disappointing customer service experience at the Alaska Airlines check-in counter (Terminal B, EWR). I had an issue with online check-in and stood in the assistance line for 40 minutes while adjacent bag-drop lines moved quickly and those passengers were helped. No one addressed my issue the entire time. When I finally approached staff myself, I was told rudely that I wasn’t “First Class” and needed to go elsewhere — with no explanation given earlier and no one offering to help or redirect me sooner. They let me check if I am not a robot for 30 times with these image checks and still they don't let me contact customer service. It seems they don't want to help customers.
