I just want to express my appreciation for the 2 angels at the Alaska ticket counter this past weekend 9/10/21. Veronica and sweet co-worker who's name i cant remember, (last name is Japanese) helped us with booking new flights after missing our original. If it weren't for their diligent efforts we would have missed a very important event. These ladies are amazing and exemplify the term "customer service." Thank You Ladies so Much!
