Everyone here is very nice and knows their job well.
The worst flight experience I've ever had would be getting out of Kodiak via Alaska Airlines - which is the only way off the island, unless you want to take a 13 hour ferry. They send the crappiest planes to Kodiak, probably b/c it's so small, and they break down consistently. You could be waiting days to leave the island depending on weather and mechanical failures.
