35yrs only flown Alaska. EUG airport check in attendants don’t honor ATMOS line. General line goes faster. 3x’s now. Why be loyal?
I don’t think this company is very good. They’re not as strict as other companies, allowing children to hop on a plane without parents having legal documents or court documents and allowing somebody to transport child from one location to another friends or people that are not related with children that hasn’t been court documented. This merger between Alaskan and Hawaiian has been going on since September and now in March, they are still struggling with basic issues. They seem very irresponsible and poorly managed. The people answering the phone seem to have no idea how to handle situations that arise due to merger complications. “Jen with Seattle” is completely struggling with customer service. I love flying Alaska Airlines. Friendly agents at the counter and on the planes.
Standing at the AK Airines baggage drop off for almost 30min. Not one person has showed up at the counter. Given I have about 2hrs till my flt... still no customer service anywhere to be found. I did the bulk of the work myself, printed my boarding pass and bag tag... even tagged the bag. Now if only I could drop it off without standing for the next 2hrs! Come on AK Airline, this is unexceptable. The line is forming behind us with other upset customers.
