Here we are wanting to check our bags and have been here for almost 3 hours. No one will be at the counter for another 2 hours according to this. I can’t get food. I can’t get a boarding pass because we have to check bags and even the kiosks are closed. WTH?
Alaska has by far the worst customer service of an airline I've dealt with yet. Their website does not work, and I needed to call several times to change a flight that they scheduled wrong, which they gladly charged me double for once they did correct their mistake. Very disappointing and will avoid using Alaska Airlines at all costs in the future.
