Vancouver Canada Alaska Airlines is a bad joke. Regularly fly with a Alaska Airlines in general they are poor in customer service but with limited competition in Alaska your stuck and Alaska Airline knows it. However that is not the case in Vancouver this will be the last time I use Alaska Airlines or anyone of their Associate Airlines if I have a choice. Poor customer service with no quality control. Pretty sure Alaska only hires from other Airlines fired pools.
