Airlines removing a passenger for speaking about Jesus, made staff members unsafe. If Jesus makes a staff member unsafe, I do not feel safe flying on your airlines.

When at baggage claim after flying into MCI with AK airlines. Ak air has no help desk when claiming baggage there is ONE discrete agent you’ll have to track down to help or run upstairs to departures (where it’s a hit or miss if the desk is open). Also of note when flying with a pet in cargo the pet is zip tied in the kennel. Problem is you receive your pet in kennel but despite them placing zip ties they have no scissors or way to remove the zip ties and of course you can’t travel with scissors or a knife so how does one ge... read more

Before all the changes this would be an automatic 5 stars for me. Southwest used to be different and not it’s just another airline. Raising rates at insane spikes, assigned seating, no free bags. It’s so sad seeing so much go. The staff is still amazing and they didn’t get rid of the good pretzels. I’m hopeful they’ll find a way to stand out again.
