As a former Hawaiian Air customer, the takeover by Alaska air has proven be way more negative than positive. Starting with the rewards program ATMOS Rewards, which former Hawaiian air customers were forced to enroll in. Customer Service is next to non-existent. (Published number was a bank, AI gave me another ph.# which I'm currently on hold for 55 mins!) I get monthly statements but can't sign into my own account because my account info is wrong?
