First time ever going to this place (Anchorage, AK) to drop off a cashier’s check and the customer service SUCKED ASS!!!! Both receptionist looked annoyed having just anyone walk through the door. One of the receptionist looked so busy on her phone and didn’t even make eye contact. The one who did help us did not sound like she even wanted to do her job. Seriously the best Credit Union! They worked with me to help build my credit score and I look forward to a long relationship with them.
These people suck, would not recommend them to anyone. Best option is look into Becu or Advantis
Our credit union does mortgages now. Best rates I could find and they were very easy to work with.
