These people lie to your face. I asked why I was charged a cleaning fee when I cleaned the car. Was told “oh you were only charged $75, everyone gets charged way more”. What? If I cleaned the car there should be no charge. So you just charge everyone extra fees?!
Save yourself the trouble and rent from one of the more reputable companies. You either get your reservation cancelled or pay extra fees at the end. Read other one are reviews! I wish I did
Do not rent from this company. Made an online booking with them in advance only to receive an email 24 hours prior that says they can’t honor my reservation and there are no alternative vehicles available. Looking at other Google reviews, it seems this happens a lot. I’m driving the Dalton Highway to Deadhorse and there are no other rental companies that allow you to travel on that road with their vehicles, so this kind of ruins a large portion of our Alaska trip.
