We had already made and paid for our reservation in advance. However, when we arrived to pick up the car, the employee who assisted us was very rude and seemed to be in a bad mood the entire time. Amazing place to rent a car for your trip to Fairbanks. Donovan helped us at the front desk, giving us tips for driving, parking, and maintaining the car in the snow as it was our first time doing so. 5/5 would rent again.
BEWARE! I booked two months in advance and called a week ahead to confirm. He even upgraded us to a larger vehicle on that phone call. Despite this, they overbooked my car. Other than telling me his boss does this all the time, the gentleman at the desk offered no help or advice.
