We had already made and paid for our reservation in advance. However, when we arrived to pick up the car, the employee who assisted us was very rude and seemed to be in a bad mood the entire time. On top of that, the process took an unnecessarily long time. The most concerning part is that I was charged an extra $207 without any clear explanation. Amazing place to rent a car for your trip to Fairbanks. Donovan helped us at the front desk, giving us tips for driving, parking, and maintaining the car in the snow as it was our first time doing so. 5/5 would rent again.
