I went to see Alison for a fear of flying and had 2 sessions prior to an overseas trip. That was 6 months ago and I have now taken 6 flights with zero issues. Hi Alison Just wanted to give you some feedback. I got back from my holidays around 3 weeks ago. I felt really good on all flights and I was better person to travel with. I have known Alison personally for many many years but reached out to her on a professional level when my youngest daughter (13yrs) was struggling terribly with crippling social anxiety and facial tics associated with being on the autism spectrum.
