The staff was very nice and welcoming the facility was very clean everyone seem to be very happy and their care takers are tentive and ready to work with them they are very professional in their job my visit was welcoming and I like that very much because they love their patients and I saw it in the.way they cared for them.
Worst ever
My father was a patient jere many years ago and received excellent care, which is why my uncle chose this facility I don't know what happened between then and now, but the care level has taken a nose dive. While at this facility my uncle fell and was laughed at by 2 of the employees. (I wish I knew who they were.) He sent me and other family and froends several messages about things that were occurring and then the messages stopped. He ended up being admitted into the hospital. People are nice, but not coordinated. Patient care plan and information is not available or communicated.
My sister have been in this facility for almost a month and the attention she have receive is horrible starting with the Clinical Nurse Ms Edna to the rest of the staff . Unfortunately I am not in the state of NJ so dealing with phone call back and forth is not ideal . Always Reserch facilities before you leave a family member since the facility will tell you one thing and the family member another .
