Michael is an exceptional worker who truly cares for the residents as if they were members of his own family. He is always patient, kind, respectful, and attentive to their needs. The genuine compassion he shows my mother and the other residents brings comfort to both the residents and their families. We are extremely grateful for his dedication and the positive difference he makes every day.
Charge nurse Michael from the 2nd floor was very patient with answering our family questions and it was apparent that he has a special skill set as he helped us another family and a patient with genuine care! What a great caregiver!
