I had a horrible experience with the CNA regional director Yolanda. She's very unprofessional and I had to call the cops due to how she was shouting at me. The security was supposed to handle it but she kept on harassing me while she shouted "Get Out!" She's very unprofessional i am extremely disappointed in her. The kitchen supervisor had to drag her as she was about to do something aggressive and came directly in my face. She needs to be disciplined somehow that was unacceptable. I had a family member at this facility Alaris @ St. Mary's who is frail and elderly. This family member received poor discharge planning and was discharged without proper referrals for durable medical equipment and a visiting nurse, physical therapy and occupational therapy. Alaris you must do better for your residents!!!

The young lady at the front desk was so happy and welcoming. I loved her personality 608b family member. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness. Too the aid that gave me the best sheet and I wiped the floor so I could stop sliding across the floor, If that was tge best you can do okay thank you. I wished you would have gotten the water up yourself or next time call maintenance as I asked. I just got off working in a hospital for 7 hours, you could have done better.
