If I could give less than one start I would. I have been trying to get in touch with Luis for more than one month now, since March 23rd exactly, he did my taxes for the year 2021 and the IRS said they never got them, I went to his office more than 5 times in the span of last month trying to pick up a confirmation letter that proves that my taxes were indeed filed and received by IRS and not once was I able to find him.
