Unfortunately Bad Experience – I left this store furious and extremely offended by the service I received and the presumptuous attitude with which I was treated. Incredible! Incredible! Best EVER! – Alan helped me so much with everything for my wedding-and he did it long distance! I live in New York and was only home in Birmingham once during this whole process. Alan sent me links of invitations to look at before I came home and we narrowed down what I was looking for. He emailed proofs to me and when I needed to choose napkins and cups for my reception, as well as my programs for the wedding, we did that all long distance as well. Great Store! Great Customer Service! Highly Recommend! – Not sure who wrote that other review, but I have been shopping at Alan's for years and recently my daughter got married and we used him for everything related to her wedding. He had a sheet that had everything itemized on it, and we knew the pricing of everything-on top of that he helped us save some money, by telling us we didn't have to get reply cards for everyone we were sending invitations to. all the prices for everything were not only clearly in the albums or on... read more
Wouldn't Recomend to anyone – Vendor definitely knew his stuff about invitations. Problem was that he was not open about price on everything. He was very pushy with my bride and avoided answering questions on cost. He kept pushing for a decision without helping her understand the price. When I addressed it with him he completely ignored me and didn't care because she had already paid. I would be willing to spend more somewhere else who respected me and my bride and gave us straight answers on what we wanted.
