the owner was very knowledgeable on bike repairs and suggested good tips on how to preserve bikes better. It felt personable and I feel like the staff here takes their time to help you. That's hard to come by these days. I'll come again with my family!
I can’t say enough great things about this shop! I was visiting and in a bind with a flat on my e-bike. I called and asked if they could help me and Joe told me to bring my bike in and he would help me out. We were leaving the next day and he had my bike fixed all in a couple of hours. He was amazing!! Thank you for great customer service!!! A thousand stars!!
Excellent service! Today, I brought in a used bike for a quick check, and they adjusted the seat, looked everything over, and gave me honest advice all at no charge. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy staff. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for maintenance or a new bike. Highly recommend!
