I brought my son's bike in for a new tube/tire (tire is 26" x 4") and was verbally quoted $60-$70 at drop-off. Upon picking up the bike, the total charge for the tube/tire was suddenly $160...!!! I NEVER received a phone call explaining why the cost was now TRIPLE and to see if I still wanted the work done, they just took it upon themselves (Steve & Donna) to do the work.
