I’ve gone to him now several times for getting several items fixed, whether it be shortening or replacing the strap of a purse that’s worn out and too long, to getting my wallet fixed. I’m very pleased with his work! He did a great job color matching a brand new strap to my purse, didn’t even notice at first.

I was skeptical when I saw all-five-star reviews, but decided to give them a shot. I was happily satisfied. Angel, who took care of my order, could not have been more professional. I needed a zipper replaced on a favorite Eagle Creek duffel, and not only did he replace the zipper masterfully; he repaired certain pockets that had frayed and reattached straps that had come undone. Was working with Alan for a few months on producing leather belts. We agreed on a specific quality for a specific price which was provided in the first two batches of my leather belts which he made. After the second batch though he made a mistake on the belts by making the belt holes too large and they could not be worn with the buckles.
