I love the treatments I get from Alana.. She's well informed, punctual and great at what she does. The addion of acupuncture and cupping are a nice ways of adding something other than massage to a treatment. 10/10 would recommend!

Alana was so helpful in identifying what was causing me pain, and Treats her patients with a wholistic experience, including an email of follow up stretches. Every time I visit she figures out what I need and I felt like I was heard and cared for beyond the appointment.
Alana is by far the best RMT I’ve experienced. I suffer from chronic pain with multiple injuries from an MVA so I’ve seen many health care practitioners. Alan’s care is a close second to my favourite physiotherapists & she is often using the exact same procedures as they use & at a lower price.
