Alana is the best massage therapist out there. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I've had wrist pain, foot pain and neck pain, that she has either treated all in one or two massage treatments, or given me exercises to do to help, and each time the pain has gone away within a day or a few weeks. I love the treatments I get from Alana.. She's well informed, punctual and great at what she does. The addion of acupuncture and cupping are a nice ways of adding something other than massage to a treatment. 10/10 would recommend!
