I called in after Boxing Day to request my 80s tv set to be repaired. Rather than take the job/money, I was guided through some tuning troubleshooting over the phone and it worked! A very honest and very knowledgable person. Highly recommended!
I had a problem with my Bosch tumble dryer, so I phoned Nigel who diagnosed the problem over the phone. Turned out to be a sensor in the drum that just needed cleaning. Fantastic service, strongly recommended.

Great they know there stuff and go above and beyond to satisfy there customers. TV washing machine and vacuum cleaner repairs but will look at other things.
My mam had a problem with her LCD TV that she described to me over the phone. On investigation this turned out to be a common problem that is quite cheaply rectified. I live in France so couldn't help but she had got in touch with Alan. This could have been a perfect opportunity for someone to make some money out of a 'vulnerable' lady. Alan turned out, identified the problem, exactly as I'd found out, and fixed it, very cheaply. A very genuine and honest tradesman that I would absolutely recommend 100%.
