Switched CPAs to Alan Ross & Co. I moved and wanted to be able to bring my information in person. They’re prompt and pleasant to deal with. I got my information in before March, so I got them completed very quickly. Just be aware that they work towards deadlines, just like other accounting firms, and individual taxes are the second to last tax deadline between January - April!

Went here to of course have my taxes done, which wasn't the case. Made an appointment then went to said appointment to drop them off go over anything if needed. After the the meeting was told 2 weeks they will be done, which is standard and that was fine. I called 3 weeks later to see if my taxes are done, to my disappointment they weren't. So at this point its the ends of march and they had my taxes for 3 weeks and i called them repeatedly during that 3rd week to make sure i wasn't forgotten. I highly recommend Alan Ross & Company! I have known Alan for years and his company is very efficient at what they do. They have a well diversified group of professionals who can handle large or small accounts.
