Alan was very professional and efficient in setting up my equity release deal. He explained the options clearly from the outset and worked with the lender throughout, until the deal was done. I'd highly recommend his services.
Alan took on the challenge of finding me a mortgage provider for an age restricted property and worked very hard on this for a number of days finally locating me a building society who would hopefully provide the mortgage. Alan has not earned anything in monetary terms for doing this for me and I am (as an 80 year old who suddenly lost his home) immensely grateful for his help and consideration.
