Alan is only interested in making money. He asked my landlord for a buyout without my knowledge or consent, he disclosed private information about me. Luckily I found the Legal Aid Society and was able to leave him before he damaged my case even more. I am making a complaint to NY Bar Association, beware and read everything on the contract he gives you before signing it.
They did a wonderful job and we won the case. They asked for a jury trial and the landlord's lawyer caved in. The landlord's lawyer discontinued the non primary residence case against me and gave me the renewal lease. I have a special needs child and I was especially appreciative of Mr. Goldberg's understanding and compassion. He met with me evenings and weekends because that when I was able to get help caring for my daughter.
