Attoney Farber recently handled an estate case for my family. My cousin passed and I contacted Mr Farber's office in regards to settling his estate. Attoney Farber and his assistant Kathleen C****** helped me with the estate. All I can say is BEWARE. I have dealt with Mr. Farber on two different matters. One was voluntary (Wills) and the other was for an Estate in which I am the Trustee. My children are the Heirs. Both matters are a problem. First, the Wills have to be redone as he did not inform us that in PA the Executor/Executrix is entitled to a fee unless specified otherwise in the Will.
