Beware!!! This guy price gouges for expert witness. Gave him $5,000 retainer and he Spent $4,500 in one day for a letter that should have taken 30 mins to write. Then he apparently spent all this time $400/hour writing this letter and when I checked my return check for the amount “left Over” from the retainer - he spelled the name wrong. If he really Spent so many hours reading the documents, How can you spell a name wrong ? Wouldn’t you know how to spell the name after that . Craziness.
