Alamo Rent A Car/Enterprise at Marquette Sawyer airport were very helpful in reserving a car for me! And that’s where it stops. They know how to make a reservation…but they don’t know how to keep a reservation! You will not get the car you think you reserved, because the idiots running the rentals don’t know when to stop accepting reservations. Car was wonderful. Tyler, our rep was knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely rent from Alamo again. Love the Marquette area.
The car we rented was nice and new. The location at the airport wasn't ready for new pickups thus vehicles returned that morning from previous renters weren't cleaned, but because I was willing to take it as-is, I received a discount.
