Bait and switch move at Marquette, MI airport location. Offered a “midsize luxury sedan, 5 series, A6, or similar.” Was assigned a Dodge Durango, which is luxury only in some Dodge executive’s fever dreams. Then I was told that this location *never* is allowed to keep and rent midsize luxury sedans, instead transferring them to other locations yet still drawing customers like me in by advertising them and confirming reservations for them. The staff and location at Sawyer/Marquette airport were amazing. They were very friendly and accommodating. The car was in great shape and clean. We would definitely rent here again. Thank you!
