They said to my brother that he looked like he couldn't afford to rent a car from them and told him he looked like trash. We where told dogs where allowed on the phone. We get there and the girl was so rude about the dog thing. And we called corporate because that is not ok. She was so rude.
Kaitlyn at The Battle Creek Kalamazoo airport was absolutely the best. Because of her I will definitely use Alamo Rent-A-Car again. They also had the Audi I requested.

Horrible car rental place. I rented a one way rental, I took a video of the vehicle condition at the airport as well as documented the smell of marijuana inside of the car at the time of pickup (just in case they were going to try to pin something on me) . What do you know….several weeks later they contact me about a damage “claim.” From the ridiculous $500 deposit it was all around a really bad experience.
