Horrible car rental place. I rented a one way rental, I took a video of the vehicle condition at the airport as well as documented the smell of marijuana inside of the car at the time of pickup (just in case they were going to try to pin something on me) . What do you know….several weeks later they contact me about a damage “claim.” From the ridiculous $500 deposit it was all around a really bad experience. I would give Zero .. but for agents i will give One star. usually i rent cars from airport to have a nice car for trip.. these guys have the basic cars and save them intentionally for cheap rentals. good cars will go only for costly rentals. i have the same experience again and again. i would not recommend this for any one looking for a nice car with options
Alamo was the best for us this last weekend. The vehicles were clean and in good condition but the icing and cherry on top was the customer service from a young lady by the name of Desiree. She checks all the boxes for good service. Thank you Desiree and will rent from Alamo again! She deserves a raise for her great service. Looking forward to another rental from Alamo soon.
