Everything went smoothly from the rental car counter to the rental car lot. There were no staff present to inspect the vehicle for defects or provide a brief overview of its usage. The exterior of the car was extremely dirty, with the front and rear windshields being particularly grimy, impacting visibility while driving.

Car was ok, price ok - but the service rep at the counter was way too aggressive in trying to upsell additional, expensive damage policies. He also said there was no damage to the car - I queried this and finally received a copy of the damage report which clearly showed existing marks on the car. Renters beware - check for damage and take lots of photos before you set off.

If I could give I would give 0 star for service. Stood in line waiting as there was only one person servicing so someone else came out and service me but this other guy came out of no where saying he has been in line waiting but when I came I saw no one in line. So that being said they chose to service that other guy and left me waiting even though I stood in line waiting and he was chilling on the chair comfortably.
