DO NOT RENT HERE Our car broke down on Christmas Day. We had to get towed out of Kakadu National Park. Upon return we got apologies and the promise we would be heavily compensated, because ours was one of four cars that broke down on Christmas. And that was just in Darwin, apparently the same thing happened on other places. Ever since then: crickets. No texts back, no call, no emails back and no compensation. Will be seeking further action to handle the matter…
waited for ages at the airport, super long queue, only one person working. Car had a flat battery the next day.
