Eigentlich hätte ich „Alamo Brisbane“ gern 5 Sterne gegeben, da wir mit dem Mietwagen, sowie Abholung und Rückgabe zufrieden waren. Diese verlief immer schnell und unkompliziert. Als wir den zugewiesenen Mietwagen am 30.11.25 in Empfang nahmen, war dieser aber im Innenraum stark verschmutzt. Wir besprachen sodann dieses Problem bei dem netten jüngeren Herren, welcher uns am Alamo-Schalter alle Unterlagen u. Schlüssel aushändigte. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! Arrived at their desk to find no one there. Another customer waiting said they had been waiting 20mins. Followed the instructions at the desk and tried calling the numbers provided multiple times! No answer. She finally arrived 45mins later to say that they had no records of anyone coming in till 7.30. It was clear this was not correct as 3 customers waiting at 6.15pm who had bookings! We had booked a mid size sedan (like the Skoda they advertise) for 3 adults and large bags. Terrible experience!! We got off our plane and went to the counter to pick up the car our travel agent booked. There was no one there. Another person was waiting at the counter and said he'd been waiting 20 minutes. The phone on the counter next to the sign giving instructions on contacting them didn't get through to anyone. My partner also rang the number on the sign and this wasn't answered either. It was then I noticed a lady sitting waiting by Alamo. She looked at me and shook her head.
